Ever wanted to start a business, and wondered if you’ll be a good fit? Maybe you’ve heard horrifying stories about entrepreneurship, and you think it’s not for you.

According to Business Dictionary, entrepreneurship is the capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit. Starting a business is a common example of entrepreneurship. Just like pursuing a career, entrepreneurship requires determination, hard work and commitment. Here are 25 characteristics of an entrepreneur. If you can relate to at least ten of these, then you may consider developing that business idea you’ve been nurturing.

  1. You’re always conscious of the time. You always make sure that you manage your time cleverly, and account for how you use it.
  2. You always have a notepad or memo open with you, as you like to write out new ideas or strategies for anything at all.
  3. You usually have a to-do list planned at the beginning of each week.
  4. Productivity is important to you.
